Director of Financial Aid

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business administration or closely related area required. Master's preferred. Three years of directly related work experience. Supervisory experience required. Proficient accounting skills. Positive communication skills. Ability to comply with complex government regulations required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the college expert on student financial aid, coordinating all financial aid processing, Title IV repayment processing, financial aid communications and general ledger interface. Plan and implement student financial aid services collaborating across campus adhering to current federal and state regulations. Track and report on data. Recommend improvements in financial aid policies and processes. Coordinate and maintain consortium agreements. Supervise student loan, scholarship and outside funding source programs.

SALARY: Dependent on experience. Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability and retirement (Public Education Employee Retirement System of Missouri.) Voluntary non-matching 403(b) plans available. Some educational stipends for self, spouse and dependents available.
