Job Description
Tracks progress and evaluation of the School's Externship and APEX programs and works with internal and external partners to coordinate program activities. Independently manages the Blackboard site for these programs and placement algorithm, answers preceptor/student inquires, tracks documents and provides recommendations for program improvements. Performs tasks related to visitors to the Dental School and Global and Population Health.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years work experience required
Must be well organized and motivated
Must possess proficient computer skills, including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
The ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task
The ability to interact with diplomacy and confidentiality with many individuals at all levels of the School
The ability to work independently and within a team environment
