Brief Summary of Job Duties
Performs executive-level administrative duties to support the Office of the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMASS). Responsible for communication from the Vice President's Office with faculty, staff, students, and parents. This position assists in the research, analysis and preparation of reports in support of EMASS. This position serves as the principal administrative contact for the Office of the Vice President, and will be responsible for developing and operating effective systems for managing the Office of the Vice President's administrative needs.
Manages divisional website, calendar, social media accounts, and newsletter. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
8) Assists in managing the Vice President's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Maintains confidentiality of records information and exercises independent judgment. Adheres to FERPA standards Hires, trains, and supervises the student workforce and assists in the management of the office budget, processes purchasing card logs, processes requisitions, and processes employment contracts (PF-10s/EPAFs).

Requested Minimum Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in any discipline
Experience: 3 to 5 years of related administrative/executive assistant and office management
Other Preferences for Consideration
-Experience in a higher education setting preferred.
