Job Description
The Financial Specialist III, under general supervision, provides complex clerical, accounting, and customer service support duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs reconciliations of various University clearing accounts as managed by Procurement and Disbursement Services (Procurement Card, Travel Card, Travel Advances and Concur Fees Clearing Accounts).
  • Researches/Investigates and resolves outstanding reconciling items which leads to clearing outstanding balances in the clearing accounts.
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of the USAS batch entries. Assist with preparation and submission of scholarship and service department reimbursement vouchers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six years of related experience.

  • Associate's degree in Business.
  • Ten years of related experience.

  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
